Competition Engineering C4028 GM LS Mid-Mount Steel Plate

Competition Engineering designed this C4028 Mid-Mount Motor Plate for GM LS engines. It provides a solid connection between the transmission and chassis. This eliminates torsional chassis stress, block twisting and broken transmission cases.

This mid-mount motor plate is manufactured from 3/32 inch thick steel, and is computer designed and CNC laser cut to eliminate warpage from metal stamping. Used by leading builders as a positive method of locating the transmission in the chassis, it allows for easier transmission swaps and aids clutch operation.
