This Comp Cams CL12-420-8 SBC Magnum Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for mild street performance use, and it features a noticeable lope at idle. An aftermarket intake, headers, 3.40 to 4.10 rear end gears, and a 2000+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.

- For 262-400 cubic inch Small Block Chevy engines from 1958-1998
- Includes Camshaft 12-420-8 and Lifter Set 853-16
- Requires thrust button in addition to a wear plate
- Must use bronze tip fuel pump pushrod when using high pressure or high-volume pump
- Stock (O.E.) valve springs can NOT be used.
- Basic RPM Range: 1800 to 5000
